Redpaw, Inc. currently only ships products to addresses in the US. International orders will not be accepted. You will be given delivery options and costs when you complete your order. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing. We will contact you if there will be any shipping delays beyond this period.

Returns or Refunds

Redpaw offers a 100% satisfaction guaranty on our products. Try any bag of our food and if you are not completely satisfied simply request a refund from your Redpaw reseller.

We do not allow returns under any circumstances. All sales are considered final when shipped. If the product received is in any way defective, please call us at 888-700-5681 so that we may address the problem to your satisfaction.
